Following beautiful mountain trails, we’ll make our way across alpine meadows and panoramic landscapes while enjoying breathtaking views of some of the most iconic peaks in the Dolomites.
🏔️ Discovering Mondeval & Lago delle Baste
The highlight of the experience is exploring the remarkable Mondeval plateau, a peaceful alpine landscape renowned for its natural beauty and open mountain scenery. A couple of years back, I came across an image of Santa Maddalena, Val di Funes. Though at that point I had very little knowledge of photography, the striking contrast in the landscape, form and light of this place completely captivated me. And thus began my relentless research. Well!! This was my first mountain adventure for both hiking and photography, and I was a bit nervous. However, Fed never made me feel that way during the whole trip. A thorough gentleman and a good human being. He was more of a friend than a tour guide. He was very polite and always answered our questions. He knows the Dolomites inside out and took us to breathtaking spots at the right time of the day. The accommodations were homely and very cosy.
